During an initial, free, two hour consultation, all the areas requiring attention are identified and an estimate made of the amount of work involved over the forthcoming 12 month period, or longer if necessary. A Business Support Plan (BSP) will then be structured to deliver all the necessary resources identified and complete all agreed tasks under the overall management of Consult ™.

Much of this work is of a very strategic nature and we will only discuss such projects with the Managing Director or the Owner of the business.

The work will be undertaken at a schedule agreed with the client, spread throughout the 12 month period. The payment for the BSP which be split into monthly payments over the length of the contract. This eases the client’s cash flow by providing a predictable monthly cost throughout the period of the contract.

If, during the contract, additional work is identified then this can be easily added to the contract either by extending the period covered or by increasing the monthly billing.
