Sales Coaching Programme

Based on 20 years experience of selling Business to Business services, Consult have developed a Sales Coaching Programme, designed to improve the performance of individual sales staff.  This is a very hands-on process and involves the following:

  • Briefing by management on overall performance of sales team
  • Briefing by management on performance of selected individual(s)
  • One day (or equivalent) spent with salesman in customer situations, customer calls, meetings, sales presentation etc.
  • Identification of strengths and areas for improvement and plan of action
  • A series of 8 one hour telephone coaching sessions based around real customer calls over a two month period
  • Attendance on one other customer call during that two month period
  • Final report back to management

This programme will be tailored to suit the individual business and salesman concerned.  It helps your business build upon the skills and knowledge of your staff by helping them develop the right sales strategies and skills.  It is less disruptive than recruiting new sales staff and delivers quicker more effective results.
